- Use the burlap fabric as your table cover; this will create a natural and rustic feel for you to continue on with red paisley bandannas in the center. Place the plastic longhorn skull and wagon wheel in the center as your main centerpiece. Lay the wagon wheel flat in the center of your table, and the longhorn skull half way on the wheel and half on the table.
