I purchased a large roll of this several years ago & have re-used it several times. It holds up fairly well. It does wrinkle/crush if you don't store it properly (fold or roll it). The first time I used it was on our ceiling. We cut several strips to fit the room and covered the ceiling, tacking corners (put small piece of tape in area you will put tack thru to help preserve & strengthen material). We then replaced the light bulbs with UV black light bulbs & the room just GLOWED. Please note: This room had only one window - which was covered and the glow was great & a lovely effect it is not enough light to light the whole room, you will need other light sources as well. We had some candles & "flame" cauldrons as well. It was a very cool effect & many people commented upon it.

I used this product for a backdrop for a Christmas production. I staggered the strips of gossamer all over the stage. It was so pretty when the lights when out and backlights when on.

Q:Are these stars neon yellow or white ? What kind of light do they need to glow ?Asked on 5/12/2011 by parent from NY
A:These stars have a yellowish glow and when exposed to normal lighting it will give the stars a "charge" to allow them to glow when the lights are off.Answered on 5/16/2011 by csr

Q:Anyway you could send me ONE star to see if it really lights up? I am having a Wizard party for adults in October... and...I would hate to pay the money if it did not light up that much. Sometimes the glow in the dark is SO subtle... that it can barely be seen. I am very much interested in getting a bolt of this material if it lights up good.. thank you.Asked on 8/25/2010 by Katz from Hamilton, Ohio
