This was a very impressive decoration at my daughter's cowboy themed graduation party. I received many compliments and it helped set the scene. It was too tall for our space, but with a few minor adjustments, I was able to use it with a 9 foot ceiling and it still looked great. Very sturdy!

Q:We just received this. Upon trying to put it together, following the instructions, there are no bend lines on cardboard in order to fold the cardboard in the right place. How do I bend them in the right place without messing it up?
A:Please call Customer Service for assistance
Q:If I order it today (7/26), will I receive it before 7/31?
A:This item ships the following business day from when it is ordered. Standard delivery is 3-5 business days from the day it ships. Upgrade shipping is available for an additional cost.
Q:What is the production time for this piece?
A:It states one business day production time.
A:This Saloon Entrance is a 1 day made to order item. It would typically ship the day after the order is placed.
Q:Can people actually walk through the saloon doors? Do they swing open?
A:Yes they do swing - but with caution. It is only cardboard.
Q:how wide are each column? how tall is the entrance? how tall to the top of the column?then how much farther to the top section over the word saloon? thanks.
A:each column is approximately 12" wide. The opening is approximately 6 .5 feet high and the top is approximately 3.5 feet high.
Q:How many pieces does this ship in and what is the size of the packaging?
A:This item will arrive in 6 separate pieces that you assemble with the included tape. The package will measure approximately 30 inches x 60 inches.
Q:We are looking at assembling this item and then during a skit, moving it into place on the stage. We have to be able to place it quickly (freestanding) and then remove it quickly to a backstage storage area. Will it work for this use? Also it says the "look" of a double swinging door entrance...does the swinging door work? Finally, what is the constructed weight?
A:The swinging door does not actually work. It is a standee style arch so it is light and can be moved easily, however, it is not designed for that purpose. It probably weighs between 5-8 pounds when assembled
Q:Is it printed on both sides?
A:No, this is printed on side side only.
A:I do apologize, my last answer was incorrect. Yes the entrance is printed on both sides.
Q:Can this be cut down a foot to make it 9 ft and still work?
A:We cannot make this any other size as this is made specifically 10 feet high x 5 1/2 feet wide. There is no guarantee if you "try" and change this Saloon entrance as it may damage the structural integrity of the prop.
Q:What is the size of the actual opening for the door?
A:The opening is 40 inches wide.
Q:How many sections does this come in.... i.e. the two side posts and the saloon top? I am most interested in the section across the top and not the tall side pieces. And how tall is it from the arch top (right under the bottom of the saloon sign to the top of the "roof"?
A:This Saloon Entrance comes with the topper, each column and the doors. The arch topper measures 32 inches x 64 inches.
Q:Does the Saloon entrance (item WSWSE) stand on its own or does it have to lean on a doorway or wall?
A:It does not need to lean against a doorway or wall. It comes complete with the braces to make it freestanding.
