Went on easily. We attached it to the plastic tablecloth underneath, and we had the plastic tablecloth taped down. But, as the night wore on, and the kids at this punch table increased, the tinsel of this skirt drooped down onto the floor, and kids were stepping on it; it was sticking to shoes, etc. I wouldn't recommend it for a punch table and lots of kids!
