We made a curtain out of this that was 46 feet wide and 15 feet long. It wasn't as thick as we may have wanted but for the price it couldn't have been better. This fabric is very durable and easy to work with.

I had never used gossamer before, and was not really sure what to expect, but we were doing a dance at a hotel banquet room for Mardi gras, and we really wanted to transform the room for as little money as possible. We used the Vinyl Mardi Gras Wall decor to go along one wall to hide the windows, and we used the purple gossamer to drap on the ceiling to hide the fluorescent lights (not turned on), and we used this gold gossamer to curtain along the length of another wall. The hardest part was determining how much gossamer we needed. We had a 52 foot wall that we want to drape the gossamer over, with some pleats so it looked like a curtain. So we bought the 60 inch by 50 yard roll. We cut it into 9 foot sections and used all of it to cover the wall, and around the corner into our coat check area. We loved the effect. we were not familiar with gossamer so we were not sure what to expect, but it is a very light material. The look resembles this tissue paper, but stronger, does not tear easily.
