These UL-approved lights provide a constant glow; a separate bulb is included to make the lights flash. Connect the lights end-to-end to hang them across large areas. Plug the indoor/outdoor lights into any 110-volt outlet.

      There is a bulb included to make the lights flash. You will need to insert it into one of the light sockets to make the lights blink.
