I would suggest they print the directions on the back of the boot so they wont' be missing as mine was. Once I figured out how to put on the easel it was very easy. Also, package it better so it doesn't get bent up before you get it. The toe and the spurs were bent up from the box probably being thrown around during shipping. Otherwise the boot was a huge success! I would definately recommend it! services and products are great!
