We offer more than 35,000 products to meet all of your needs! These are divided into a number of different departments. From the home page, click on the "Shop" button. Next, click on the department that contains the products you want to view. You will be taken to a category page. Here you can click on the category of products that you are interested in seeing. After clicking, you will come to a page of small pictures that show all of the products that we offer in that particular category. From here, you can click on any product to find out more details about it and to see a larger picture.
When you come to our product pages, you have the option to buy any of the products shown by simply clicking on the button marked "Add to Cart". Don't worry - you will have the option to take this item out of your cart later if you do not wish to purchase it! After clicking the "Add to Cart" button, you will return to our on-line catalog where you can either continue shopping for other items, or you can check out.
To check out, click on our "Check Out" button located at the top right-hand side of the screen. Also, you can always see what is in your shopping cart or check your order total by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" button at the top right-hand side of the screen.
When you are finished shopping and have added everything you need to your shopping cart, click on the "Shopping Cart" button at the top right-hand side of your screen. You will be able to view everything in your shopping cart. You are able to update the quantities of any item at this point. To remove an item from your shopping cart, type "0" in the "Quantity" box and click on the "Update Quantities" button. When everything is correct, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
If you have shopped with us before, simply type in your last name and the password you established with us. If you have forgotten your password, you will have the opportunity to contact us to find out your password.
If you have not shopped on our site before, you will need to create an account with us. Fill in the account information details and be sure that all of your information is correct (especially your e-mail address because we use this to communicate with you about your order). Click "Create Account and Proceed to Checkout" to continue checking out.
You will see a recap of your order, allowing you to make any final changes. Please review your shopping cart one last time for accuracy. If all of the information is correct, click "Place Order".
Your order will then be placed and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you to let you know that your order was received.
Because each of your imprinted item orders are custom imprinted per your specifications, it takes approximately two weeks production time plus shipping after your order is received. Please allow the appropriate amount of time when placing an imprinted item order. Also, be sure to fill out all of the personalization information necessary for your order to be filled including color, text, type style, design, etc.
During peak season (April and May), please allow extra time for imprinted items and check our website for updated production times.
