1. When will I receive my Rewards?

Your Stumps Rewards will be issued 30 days after your order is shipped. Your Rewards amount earned is included at the top of emails you receive from Stumps.

2. How much do I need to spend to receive Stumps Rewards?

Once you have signed up for the Stumps Rewards program and placed your first order, you will receive into your Stumps Rewards account 5% on that order and all future orders. The more you shop, the more you earn - on every order!

3. How long do I have to redeem my Stumps Rewards; do they expire?

Stumps Rewards must be used within 6 months of being awarded.

4. How can I make sure I earn Rewards?

Once you sign up for the program, you must use the same email address and password every single time you place your order online. Use the “Returning Shoppers” section when you go to checkout. If you create a new account (even if you use the same email address), the rewards from the previous account will not be transferred or combined. If you create a new account you will want to sign up for the program again with the new email and password.

5. Can I check my Rewards balance?

Yes. During checkout when you are signed in, you will see a listing of any Stumps Rewards you have earned. On the Order Payment page, an option to apply your Stumps Rewards will appear. Enter the dollar amount you wish to redeem, click Apply, and the discount will be applied as a an Instant Rebate with your Order Summary. It's that easy!

6. Does it cost anything to be a part of the Stumps Rewards program?

No. Membership is free in the Stumps Rewards program. Join today.

7. Is there a limit to the amount of Rewards dollars I can earn?

No! The more you shop and order online, the more Stumps Rewards dollars you earn.

8. Can I redeem my Stumps Rewards dollars on any purchase?

Yes you can! You can redeem your Rewards dollars on any online order. Not valid on phone, mail or fax orders.

9. Do I have to use the entire amount of my Stumps Rewards dollars for one purchase?

No. You can apply as much as you desire toward your purchase. Stumps will track what you have redeemed and you can see this online in your account.

10. Can I get cash for my Stumps Rewards dollars?

No. You must place an online order and apply your earned Stumps Rewards dollars to your order.

11. Can I use other coupons or promotions along with my Stumps Rewards Dollars?

Yes you can! Your Stumps Rewards dollars are considered a form of online payment.

12. Can my family or friends use my Stumps Rewards Dollars on their purchases?

No. Stumps encourages individual memberships so that each of our customers can take advantage of the Rewards program and the special offers that are offered to our members only.

13. How do I change my contact information or other account information?

Log on to your account and in the Rewards section, click on the Edit Personal Information link.

14. Why do you need my e-mail address?

You will receive account and program updates as well as special membership offers at the email address you provide.

15. Can I earn Rewards on purchases made prior to being in the program?

No. Rewards will only be awarded after you create an account and exclude prior purchases.
