I used the balloons I purchased for a baby shower for my best friend that I've known since preschool. I ordered 200 balloons in varying colors and the balloons were filled with helium and were scattered over every square inch of the ceiling. As a party planner I know that even the ceiling needs attention just as much as the tables and walls. The balloons added the "wow" I was looking for.
