Very good quality product. The only thing wrong with this order was that instead of UPS delivering them to my house, they switched delivery to my local post office and the post office still had them 12 days after the order date. I was ordering the balloons for a band banquet and was terrified I wouldn't be able to track them down in time. I know it saves money to transfer the shipping to the post office, but it should warn you of that at the time of ordering. It won't keep me from ordering from you again, the products and selection are excellent. I just won't cut it so close to the event date next time. :)
