Lowest Prices GuaranteeIf you find a lower price (excluding shipping & handling) anywhere else on an identical item, just show us the lower price when you buy the item at Shindigz and we will beat that price by 10%. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at that price from an authorized U.S. reseller, whose authorization we reserve the right to verify. Shindigz does not match items sold on auction sites, bulk or wholesale outlets, or local or special events (e.g., grand opening, anniversary, clearance, or liquidation sales). Typographical errors or competitors' prices that result from a price match do not qualify.

We designed this program with the small business owner in mind so that you can receive the products you need in reasonable quantities and at a lower price. Shindigz strives to provide accurate product and pricing information. Pricing or typographical errors may occur; therefore, Shindigz cannot confirm the price of an item until after the order has been placed. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Shindigz has the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is incorrectly priced, Shindigz may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.


We make every effort to coordinate colors, but it is impossible to match exact colors in all materials. If a precise match is a must, some samples are available upon request.



We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards, as well as PayPal and Amazon payments. You may mail in a check with the order form. Sorry, C.O.D. is not available. We offer open accounts to schools and government entities upon request.


Open accounts are on Net 30 day terms. An authorized official from the organization must approve the order and guarantee payment, including shipping costs for all orders. If your school uses purchase orders, please have the purchase order number ready when you place your order. For your protection and ours, we may ask that you confirm your order in writing. After 30 days a 1½% monthly service charge may be applied to all past due balances.


Please remit all funds in U.S dollars. A $30 fee will be applied to returned checks. All credit balances not used or claimed within 90 days of invoicing become the property of Shindigz.


Merchandise will be invoiced at current website prices. Sales tax must be included for orders delivered in California, Iowa, Indiana, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Oklahoma, Idaho, Kentucky, Wisconsin, Washington, Wyoming, North Dakota or South Dakota. Prices and shipping charges are subject to change without notice.
If your organization is exempt from your state’s sales tax, please fax a properly completed sales tax exemption to 260-723-4431. Once received, we will remove sales tax from your order and/or mark your account as tax exempt.
If you are not tax exempt in one of the 44 states that collects sales tax (Alaska, Delaware, Hawaii, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon do not have consumer-level sales taxes) you may be required by the state department of revenue to file and pay a use tax. For more information, please contact your state and/or local government.


To ensure proper credit, fill out the return form and enclose it with the items you are returning. All merchandise must be returned within 45 days of receipt. Only unused items with unbroken seals and packaging may be returned. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges. Products that have been custom printed or assembled are not returnable. Health regulations prohibit the return of hats, tiaras, temporary tattoos or any apparel that has been worn as well as any food items. For returns originating outside of the U.S., please mark on the box U.S. goods being returned. Please email customer service with questions concerning returns.


Please unpack all cartons upon receipt and inspect all contents. Verify the quantities shipped and communicate shortages or damages to Customer Service (csr@shindigz.com or 800-314-8736).

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Make all checks or money orders payable in U.S. funds. All customers outside the U.S. are responsible for customs, duties, and local taxes. Your order will be converted at the time it is placed.
