Q:
Are these safe to use on a day care center playground. The chain-link fence is in need of something fun for the kids but I'm concerned that they will pop out to easily.
Also the fence is viewed from both sides the inside is for the children and the outside is for the public sidewalk are these capable of looking nice for both sides of the fence?
